Saturday: we will start at 10am and finish around 5/5:30pm. Please arrive 5-10mins early so that you have time to settle into the space.
Address and Access: The address is St Gabriel’s Halls, Churchill Gardens, Pimlico London SW1V 3AA Enter by the double blue door on the left in the photo below. We will put an A4 size ‘MenInTouch‘ sign on the door. Enter and come down the stairs on the right. We are in the lower ground floor room called ‘Men’s Club‘.
Please Bring: 2 towels (one large towel to lie on and one to clean oil from your body) and a sarong if you have one. We have some gym mats to lie on, for added comfort you might want to bring a pillow or cushion and a water bottle. There are no showers at the venue, please arrive freshly showered.
Please bring with you warm comfy clothes that are easy to slip on and off. The toilets are in the public entrance hall so shorts and t-shirt will be useful.
Please also bring your own packed lunch. It would be great if we can all eat together without people having to leave the building to buy lunch. For your own comfort, bring food that won’t bloat you or make you gassy. Unfortunately we have no fridge space to offer. We will provide tea, coffee and light refreshments during the breaks.
