Please take a note of the details below:

Times: We will start prompt at 10am and finish around 5.30/6pm on both days. Please arrive 5-10mins early so that you have time to settle into the space.

Address and Access: The address is Grove Neighbourhood Centre, 7 Bradmore Park Road W6 0DT  Photo of centre below. We will put an A4 size ‘MenInTouch‘ sign on the door. Please buzz bell 2. We are in the ground floor room.

Please Bring: 2 towels (one large towel to lie on and one to clean oil from your body) and a sarong if you have one. We have some gym mats to lie on, for added comfort you might want to bring a pillow or cushion and a water bottle.
There are no showers at the venue, please arrive freshly showered.

Please bring with you warm comfy clothes that are easy to slip on and off. The toilets are in the public entrance hall so shorts and t-shirt might be useful.

Please also bring your own packed lunch. It would be great if we can all eat together without people having to leave the building to buy lunch. For your own comfort, bring food that won’t bloat you or make you gassy. Unfortunately we have no fridge space to offer. We will provide tea, coffee and light refreshments during the breaks.

Grove Neighbourhood CentreParking: free on weekends on all resident bays around the venue, there are 2 disabled bays outside the entrance.

Underground: closest station is Hammersmith at 12minutes walk, served by District, Piccadilly,  Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Please check for any delays or planned engineering works on your journey at

Contact on the day: Please let Andy know ASAP if you are unable to make the workshop or if you know you are going to late. Andy 07966 502057

We look forward to seeing you soon.
