Your Rights:
You can request what data is held on you, and expect a reply within 30 days.
You have the ‘right to be forgotten‘; meaning all existing data held on you will be deleted.
Where your Data is kept:
Your data is in two places: Accounts Folder and Contact Book, both only in electronic format. Accounts Folder and Contact Book contain Name, Email, Town and/or Area. Contact Book may also include Social Media Profile and/or phone number (if you interact with me this way). The data is also on an encrypted Hard Drive back-up, all of which are password protected. Your data is not stored on the cloud.
Workshop Questionnaires: Longer weekend workshops usually include a questionnaire. This will be seen only by the facilitator/s and will specify a deletion date. All personal information shared is treated as strictly confidential.
Email Contact: If you contact a facilitator by email these are stored in their account on their phone and business computer which are synced on the cloud and password protected.
Who Accesses Data: The information held is only accessed by the person you contact.
