What is this 1-day group event?
It’s about starting to build intimate trust – with your own desires, with your own boundaries, and in relationship with another man.
Anchored in the Wheel Of Consent, and the 4 dynamics of touch that are the foundation of my one-to-one conSensuality coaching, this is a chance for you to gather with a group of like-minded, curious men, to explore some foundations for giving and receiving touch more consciously and enjoyably.
The day will be a mix of practical exploration, theory-based tools, reflection and discussion. There will be opportunities for touch – you always get to choose if and how you want to touch or be touched. Nothing is compulsory.
We’ll start gently, and work slowly, helping you build skills for noticing and trusting what feels right for your own body. Ultimately the whole body may be included, but we won’t be focussing on genital touch, and you can choose how clothed or unclothed you want to be at all times.
This is NOT a workshop where you’ll learn fancy touch strokes or massage techniques.
This IS a workshop where you can learn how to choose what touch you do or don’t want, and communicate that clearly with another.
